Analysis
The analysis below uses the Track Titan platform to compare a HYMO reference hotlap in blue to one of the Track Titan community drivers through Segment 7. The community driver in this case loses time in two different ways. The first is that compared to the reference they get on the power later out of the left hander, which, the reference driver makes the most of by carrying a higher minimum speed through the following right. The second mistake is that the community driver, despite the slower speed, still missed the apex. This is likely because they turned in too late, since we know the car is comfortable going through there 15kph faster than they are. The impact is a sharper turn and a slower exit. Advice to them could be to look further down the road so that they turn in the direction they want the car to go. They lose nearly half a second as a result.
